Maryland Designated Collector Application

Maryland Residents are limited to one handgun purchase every 30 days, with few exceptions: Two handguns may be purchased at the same time but the buyer must wait 60 days before taking possession of a third. Inheritances of more than two handguns may be waived of the 30-60 day limit.
